Client Survey

During June, Winstanley Kerridge Chartered Accountants Ltd commissioned Vantagepoint, an independent research company, to survey business clients to gain their views and perceptions about Winstanley Kerridge and the types of services available to them.

During June, Winstanley Kerridge Chartered Accountants Ltd commissioned Vantagepoint, an independent research company, to survey business clients to gain their views and perceptions about Winstanley Kerridge and the types of services available to them.
The aim of the survey was to provide the directors of Winstanley Kerridge with information that will assist with key decisions that need to be made within the business to meet the current and future needs of our clients.

Project objectives;
• To understand the perceptions towards the services available to clients.
• To understand the types of services Winstanley Kerridge don’t currently offer that clients would like available to them.
• To gain knowledge as to clients preference of future services that could be provided.
• To understand how clients view their relationship with Winstanley Kerridge.

The survey has provided the Directors with a clear understanding of the service levels that the firm is currently providing and the services clients would like to see the firm provide in the future.
