Property compliance and due diligence seminar in Blenheim
The Marlborough Property Investors Associations and ANZ are bringing inspirational speaker and learning and development consultant Rosemary Killip to town on September 17.
Rosemary, who specialises in building law training, will be sharing the practical insights and wisdom from her 20 year’s experience working alongside building compliance staff, council staff and building inspectors.
Rosemary will be running two sessions at the Scenic Hotel Marlborough.
The first session covers compliance for commercial property owners, including the importance of Code Compliance Certificates, the benefits and pitfalls of commercial building investments and earthquake prone, leaky and other risky buildings. The second presentation is geared towards property investors and first home buyers and will cover preparing your property for sale, types of work you can do without a building consent, due diligence and more.
