Amanda is passionate about creating an environment where people can do their best work. She focuses on building strong leadership, clear direction, and efficient systems that enable individuals and teams to perform at their highest level.

She believes that when people have purpose, enjoyment in their work, and the right tools around them, performance naturally follows – and that’s when both individuals and the business can achieve great things.

As an Extended DISC Accredited Practitioner, Amanda also enjoys working with teams and individuals to build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and support leadership development through coaching and team workshops.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, being involved in her local community, and finding creative outlets that allow her to switch off and recharge.
