So much has changed since Peter joined WK that he can’t even remember what it was like at the beginning.
Joining the firm in 1983, Peter was a director of WK and its predecessors for 35 years, and is now the company’s taxation specialist, with a focus on taxation of New Zealand based businesses, as well as individuals looking to move to New Zealand.
Outside of WK, Peter is a director of Marlborough Lines and Yealands Wine Group, a past president of the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce, a Founding Trustee of Marlborough Electric Power Trust and is the director of, or on the advisory board of a number of other companies.
He is also involved in two vineyard partnerships and two forestry partnerships.
Peter was born in Koromiko and other than short stints in Christchurch and London has lived in Marlborough all of his life, where he and his wife Andrea have established a New Zealand native garden which has been featured in both New Zealand and Australian gardening magazines.
Peter has always enjoyed an active lifestyle and as a child broke the NZ record for most points scored by a primary school boy in a season for rugby.
These days, he enjoys fishing, horse racing, biking, going to the gym, yoga, travel and spending time with Andrea his sons and his grandchildren.
