The way BNZ bank feeds connect to Xero is changing

BNZ is revamping its Xero bank feeds to simplify the setup process and enhance access to transaction data. Consequently, if you’re a BNZ customer, you’ll need to re-establish your BNZ bank feeds with Xero anytime between now and 14 August 2023 to ensure uninterrupted service.

How to switch to the new BNZ feed

  1. Have your Internet banking login credentials on hand.
  2. Ensure that your BNZ accounts are linked to your BNZ internet banking profile.
  3. Log in to Xero.
  4. From the Xero dashboard, select Accounting (in the navigation bar) > Bank accounts > Manage Account > Update Bank Connection.  You will need to complete this for each of your BNZ accounts.
  5. Follow the instructions.
