Kim works with a wide range of clients in her specialist role leading strategic advisory and business planning at WK. As a Mindshop accredited facilitator, she has spent more than a decade helping business owners and leadership teams step back from
day to day operations to think more clearly about the future of their business.
Kim focuses on breaking down challenges and opportunities into practical steps, through simplifying strategic planning, and helping leaders create clarity, alignment and accountability so they can improve their businesses and achieve their goals. She is passionate about helping business owners build confidence in their planning and decisions and create clear pathways for growth and improvement.
After studying at the University of Otago and gaining her Chartered Accountancy qualification, Kim joined WK in 2013 and now works with clients across a variety of industries throughout Marlborough, Tasman and Canterbury.
Outside the office, Kim and her partner run a large scale sheep and beef operation in North Canterbury, and enjoy the lifestyle that comes with farming and raising their two school aged boys. In 2023 their farming operation was recognised with the Agri Business Management Award at the Ballance Farm Environment Awards.
