Craig joined WK in 1987 before becoming a director in 2002 he is engaged with general accounting and business advisory services for a diverse range of clients.

A driver of the WK movement to become a cloud-focused business, Neil has been recognised numerous times by industry leaders, notably Xero and Mindshop.

A director of WK since 2009, Vaughan first joined WK in 1996 and has more than 20 years’ experience working as an accountant in both New Zealand and the UK.

Providing businesses with the tools they need to be successful is a passion for Hamish. Specialising in management accounting and information systems, he strives to help clients improve their management information by keeping up to date with all the latest in business technology and software.

As General Manager, Amanda works closely with WK’s senior leaders to shape and deliver the firm’s strategic direction.  She plays a key role in connecting strategy with execution – ensuring the business operates effectively while continuing to evolve and improve.

Kim works with clients from a variety of different verticals while juggling her specialist role of leading strategic advisory and planning for WK. Kim studied at Otago University and worked as an accountant in Mid Canterbury before joining WK in 2013 and now works with clients in both Marlborough and Canterbury.

Adrienn Davis-Szalma is our Administration Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Pecs, Hungary.

When Hamish joined WK in 2002 as a school leaver his role included coding client bank statements and entering them into the Accounting software to produce financial accounts.

As a senior business advisor, Sabine has a love for working with and assisting her clients, saying it’s the thing she looks forward to the most each day. Working mainly with clients in the commercial and vineyard sector, Sabine has been at WK for more than 20 years, after moving to Marlborough in 1986.

Greg views his role as a small and agribusiness specialist as one of more than just being an accountant. With his advisory skills, Greg has a passion for helping clients to set and reach goals within their business; providing them with the tools and mentoring to do so.

Pat is an extremely qualified Accounting Technician, specialising in not for profit and charitable reporting, aquaculture and small business.

Katrina is originally from Christchurch and joined WK in 2000 after spending 16 years in Westport.

Joanne is one of WK’s agribusiness and small business specialists, certified in both Xero and Figured

Julie joined WK in 1989 after attending Marlborough Girls College, after spending some time away working in Christchurch and having a family she rejoined WK in 2006.

Jackie re-joined WK in 2009 after taking time off to raise her three children.

Melanie joined WK straight after leaving school in 2013, working her way into the role of senior advisor by 2018.

Stacey has been with WK since 2007, joining the team straight out of High School and building her qualifications extramurally during that time.

David originally started working with WK nearly two decades ago in 2001 before leaving New Zealand for 10 years to work in both Australia and China.

Jen joined WK in 2016 drawing on her Honours degree in Bachelor of Business Studies, to help clients manage their tax administration requirements.

Born and bred Marlburian, Emma joined the WK Blenheim team in January 2017, drawing on her Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting and Marketing to help clients manage their short and long term business goals in both the agri and commercial sector.

Louise joined the WK team in January 2017 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Marketing at NMIT Nelson, and became a Chartered Accountant in 2020. Louise is also Xero certified, making her a valuable asset of the WK Blenheim team.

Debbie joined the WK team in 2021 as a Senior Advisor, specialising in Management Accounting working with client’s budgets and forecasts.

Jess Leov is a Senior Advisor and a Xero-certified professional; Jess works with our clients to deliver management and compliance reports. In addition to this, she is a presenter for WKIQ, where she delivers training on XERO and other business-related software for our clients.

When Karleen first joined WK in 1991, there were just two computers in the whole firm.

Hilary Hickling is a Senior Advisor at WK. She has a Bachelor of Theology (BTheol) from Carey Baptist College and a Diploma for Graduates in Finance (DipGrad Fin.) from the University of Otago.

The call of the wild, the beach, the tramping and the people were too much for Manon, who relocated to the top of the South from Auckland to take up a Senior Advisor position with WK.

Miranda started her professional career with WK in February 2022. Born and raised in Blenheim, she has a deep understanding of the local community and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
